Yes we need a Class Secretary/Teaching Assistant to handle the logistics as you mentioned.
If it’s ok with you, *participant* will function in that role until one of the coworkers volunteers or as you assign.
On another note I have been doing the assignment of finding the entries under the two words kha-la-qa and ja-‘a-la. I can already see some of the benefits of using this method just by doing the assignment. Allah bless you for doing this program - it certainly has the make up of “unlike any” and I have already benefited from it.

I knew *participant* will be our default. And also the only volunteer.
We need to make people work. Give them responsibility and go after them.
Not just "some of the benefits" *participant*. It will open the floodgates of Allah's blessings.
Just doing those two things: Khalaqa and Ja'ala will produce wonders we cannot imagine.
